A Staff Dedicated to Our Students

St. Matthew Catholic School is blessed to have a magnificent staff with various backgrounds and a wealth of knowledge to share with our students. Half of our faculty hold advanced degrees in their fields. They average 16 years teaching experience and have an average length of service at St. Matthew of 10 years. Two of our teachers are St. Matthew alumni. The overall student/faculty ratio is 11:1 with an average class size of 26. All of our teachers hold valid teaching certificates.

Our administration, faculty, and staff are committed to the total Christian development of each student through religious and academic instruction within a faith community. They are striving to meet the intellectual, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical needs of each student by providing such learning experiences.

We are always evaluating and seeking new ways to prepare students for their places in society with its demands and changes, while using the resources within the local community. The four-fold purpose of Catholic Education, to teach the message of Jesus, to build community, to serve, and to worship is incorporated into the total educational program.
