Requesting School Records

Families requesting student records should have the receiving school submit an official records request directly to St. Matthew Catholic School at stmatthewschool@stmatthewschool.net. The request must include a parent signature/authorization. Although some states do not require a parent signature, the MACS office does require it. If a parent is unable to physically sign the request, an email from the parent granting St. Matthew Catholic School permission to send the student’s records to the receiving school will be accepted as authorization.

Please note:

  • Prior to the end of the school year, only unofficial records that parents would typically have access to (such as past report cards or standardized test scores) may be released.
  • Records will only be released once a student has officially withdrawn from the MACS system and all financial obligations have been satisfied.
  • Official transcripts and student records are sent after the school year has concluded.
  • Records are generally sent electronically to the email address provided in the request.
